7. Customers

FileStore recognises that our business and livelihood depends on our customers. With this in mind, every employee serves as an ambassador on the company’s behalf, and is therefore individually responsible for ensuring that customer contact is professional and appropriate at all times. We are committed to the provision of service standards which not only meet, but also exceed, the expectations of our customers. We aim to under-promise and over-deliver. Without out customers, we would have no business. If we do not look after them, somebody else will.
